Chinese spy ship 30nm off Queensland monitoring Australia’s military exercises with the US – Marise Payne AWOL and Julie Bishop GAF

Australia’s defence munster, Senator Marise Payne, only got the Cabinet gig because PM Turnbullcrap, keen to be popular with Greens-Labor, felt compelled to fill some arbitrary PC quota appointing Australia’s first ever obese woman to the role.

And where was she last week when just 30 nautical miles off the coast of Rockhampton, a Chinese spy ship was within cooee of our joint biennial Defence training exercise with U.S. forces

Talisman Saber exercises have been staged every two years since 2005.  The biennial exercise is jointly conducted by the US Pacific Command and Australian Defence Force (ADF) Joint Operations Command to train the US 7th Fleet and Australian Deployable Joint Headquarters staffs as a designated Combined Task Force. The exercise is conducted to improve combat readiness and inter-operability on a variety of missions, from conventional conflict to peacekeeping and humanitarian assistance efforts.

They are viewed in the Pentagon and its Pacific Command (PACOM) as one of the most important exercises held in the Asian region. PACOM refers to them as the “primary training venue for Commander Seventh Fleet as a Combined Task Force (CTF) in a short warning, power projection, forcible entry scenario” and “a key opportunity to train Australian and US combined forces in mid to high-intensity combat operations.”

So as night follows day, China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy Type 815 Dongdiao-class auxiliary general intelligence vessel lurked 30 nautical miles off Rockhampton not just being provocative but bastard intelligence-gathering.  The electronic surveillance spy ship the ‘Haiwangxing‘ was blatantly listening in on our ADF Exercise Talisman Sabre 2017 with the Americans at nearby Shoalwater Bay.

On board were likely Australian university-trained Chinese graduate spies fluent in English, listening into all ADF and U.S. radio combat training exchanges.  It’s for strategic feedback to China’s military high command for future invasion knowledge base – just in case the Donald gets toey in the South China Sea.

Not just sus, slopes trespassing, spying – posing a clear and present threat to Australia inside our sovereign Economic Zone!

Even Mao’s commo flag flew on da Ching junk for all to see: ‘WE CHINESE SPYING ON YOU

Yet our Defence Minister, leader of Australia’s trained Army, Navy and Air Force, Liberal Senator Marise Payne was AWOL.  The fat useless bitch was probably scoffing into a bucket of KFC by herself with her mates on some couch in a dark locked room watching Netflix, totally against the advice of her laparoscopic surgeon.

Inspirational Marise!  Weary Dunlop move over cobber; KFC Marise must exceed your decorated legacy by waist girth quota.

Marise Payne was only discovered by Coalition PC headhunters deep in Canberra because she had no experience except an Arts Degree in politics and didn’t hold a foreign passport.  The PC quota deemed that no male of military experience was eligible to apply for Mal’s first defence ministerial leadership position.  The appointee had to have the backing of Greens-Labor.

Indeed, even prestigious faggots were excluded because two of their confused gender types had already relished their time in the sun – Lieutenant Colonel Malcolm (snip-snip) Catherine McGregor and Army chief General David (I hate testosterone) Morrison.

Exercise Talisman Sabre is rehearsed for the benefit of Australia’s combat readiness every two years involving the bulk of Australia’s ADF of 33,000 soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines from Australia, plus our allied from the US, New Zealand, Japan and Canada.

However, Australia’s Foreign Minister for Fashion, Julie Bishop, has played down the flagrant Chinese spy ship incursion observing Australian-United States military exercises throughout Exercise Talisman Sabre military drills as some foreign Chinese communist monitoring “entitlement”.

One Aussie comment:  “Was Dastyari the captain? Just swinging by to take Bob Carr out for some dim sum?”

It’s the yuan, it’s the yuan.

Bishop has ignored India’s public concerns expressed about China’s imperial military bullying in the Indian Ocean.  Bishop has dismissed the reality that this incursion was indeed the first time China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy has been known to carry out such open surveillance off the Australian mainland, underscoring the rapid expansion of its naval ambitions.

“We didn’t see it that way. China is entitled to have its vessels navigate international waters, just as Australia is entitled to navigate in international waters,” she said.

If a nuclear-armed Russian fleet can lie off the coast of Queensland in 2014, then why not the Chinese?  Expect me to shirt-front Xi Jinping?

If it’s not foreign fashion, do I GAF ?

Jules was more interested in the latest gown to come out of Rachel Gilbert design and checking what polly pay rise could fund her next purchase.  Tens of thousands of taxpayer-funded first class flights to exotic lands and fashion shows with toy boy…

It’s not the first time that Chinese spy ships have been found monitoring ADF exercises off Queensland’s coast, such as in 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015 – every year the joint exercise has been staged.

In 2015, China concluded “Crossing 2015, a full-scale live fire military exercise deep in the Mongolian desert. “And wouldn’t you know… At the exact same time exercise Talisman Sabre 2015 went live with Jade Helm 15 – China issued a warning – complete with naval coordinates – for all navies to steer clear of their latest live fire exercises in the south China Sea.

Operation Talisman Sabre is supposed to be a joint integrated realism for air land and sea military forces from Australia and the U.S.  Perhaps a more realistic effort would have been to capture the Chinese spy vessel and confiscate all the cyber equipment on board for analysis.  Now that would be a relevant real live exercise.

Beijing last year warned “‘Paper cat’ Australia will learn its lesson” after Australia dared speak out in support of The Hague’s ruling against China’s territorial claims in the South China Sea. It asserted Canberra should keep out of China’s affairs, and challenged Australia’s claims to rights over the Antarctic continental shelf.

Three years ago, the Chinese navy sent warships through Sunda Strait, between the Indonesian islands of Java and Sumatra, for the first time. The ships passed close to Australia’s Christmas Island inside our Economic Zone again.  Beijing regularly sends its two icebreakers into Antarctic waters, inside our Economic Zone, to undertake ocean floor mapping, because it has interests in drilling for oil there.  China is more than being provocative and imperialist well away from its disputed South China Sea.  Australia’s Economic Zone is not disputed. China has no place trespassing.

China already has ASIO’s new billion dollar HQ mapped, tapped and trojan worm set, so lads try this and it’ll be a Gallipoli slaughter revisited

China has retrofitted thousands of its merchant ships, readying themselves for war; not to mention increasing their Navy in response to Operation Talisman Sabre.  The People’s Republic of China official press agency, Xinhua News Agency has warned the recent deployment of its spy ship close to the Queensland coast is just the “beginning of China’s future operations“.  So rook out!

China’s electronic surveillance ‘spy ship’ Haiwngxing has also been detected by India satellite monitoring the annual India-US-Japan Malabar naval exercise in the Indian Ocean.  Some fourteen Chinese naval vessels in the Indian Ocean have been detected in a battle group including some of Beijing’s most modern ‘stealth’ destroyers and frigates.

China’s Mao Dynasty pervades, supplanting the Qing Dynasty since 1949. There are nearly 1.4 billion of the bastards, and that just in mainland China and they’re running our of breeding space.   So China continues its ‘one belt one road‘ imperialist ambitions towards building a ‘blue-water navy’ capable of operating globally; essentially across the deep waters of open oceans.to project its power and influence far from China such as in the Indian Ocean. India of course continues to expressed its alarm at a ‘surge’ of Chinese warships and submarines in the Indian Ocean.

Currently, Beijing has a Yuan class submarine in the Indian Ocean, joining a growing fleet of 14 warships and support vessels.  China is developing a naval access facility at Djibouti at the horn of Africa and is likely to develop another one at Gwadar on the south coast of Pakistan.

But India’s greatest shock came in December 2013, when a Chinese nuclear-powered attack submarine spent almost three months in waters around the subcontinent.  Since then there have been several more deployments of conventional and nuclear powered submarines, including a Han class nuclear attack vessel last year.

Meanwhile at Canberra’s lean and mean Defence Musters office?

Marise: “We shall fight them from the couches, from KFC, from Maccas. But frankly Jules, we may just have to surrender to their yuan and wonton.”
