The Australia First Firearms Programme prescribes Administrative Procedure to re-empower Native Australians with inherited civil rights, including National Defence obligations, rebutting the political caste and the globalist UN Agenda for the disarmament of citizens. It intends to reinstate established law [Magna Carta, Bill of Rights, and Common Law].
The construction of the Administration Procedure is to be legislated through the Federal Parliament as an Act under the Defence Power as per the Constitution of Australia, including nullifying the undemocratic National Firearms Agreement. With resultant Firearms Regulations legislated Federally, the present State laws now screwing Firearm Owners would be confirmed as ultra vires.
