St Mary’s Public Toilet War: Locals battle over its decrepid public toilet, so highlighting the systemic stench of Penrith Liberals toward locals

The Liberal party in ‘greater’ Penrith (outer western Sydney) has many dirty secrets and the smelly, dirty, toilet block at Coachman’s Park in the St. Marys Town Centre, is one of them.

Penrith Valley and so-called Greater Penrith are part of the Federal Seat of ‘Lindsay’ (outer western Sydney) which encompasses to the north outer rural agricultural hamlets of  Londonderry, south similarly to Luddenham and east to Australia’s colonial town from pre-1840s that became St Mary’s.

Of note, we first recognise that Australia First Party is Australia’s premier/only Australian patriotic/nationalist political party.  So, for the benefit of our membership, followers and investors alike all around this great nation, one considers that an introductory geographic information on this current electoral topic be helpful.

Ok, so this is where Australia First Party has chosen to currently concentrate its federal election campaign for 2025.

AFP Party President Dr Jim Saleam is a candidate for this federal seat of Lindsay.

The Liberal-National Coalition’s new-fangled Western Sydney International Airport is just immediately south of Luddenham (Seat of Hume) and is set to operate 24/7 and is subsequently driving an housing megalopolis to invite the invasion of the Third World downunder.

In August 2021 as the campaign for the Council elections ramped up, an independent ticket announced that the East Ward area which took in St. Marys, was always neglected by Council and the state of the toilet block showed it.

This independent ticket was led by one Marlene Shipley, a local business person and was about as ‘independent’ as a Latin American banana republic was of the CIA.

Recall this in the 2021 Penrith Council Election?  “We Deserve Better” was the electioneering slogan of Marlene Shipley back in the 2021 Penrith Council election when she platformed as a local independent.  That was four years ago and St Mary’s disgraceful public toilet has become even more toxic to the point of it needing to be condemned!

Yet, secretly Marlene was a member of the Liberal Party (which was not widely known) and she was a board member of the shadowy St. Marys Town Centre Corporation, which actually was detailed to spend Council funds for the betterment of the Town Centre precinct.  Oddly, the Council dollars which she controlled, never went to fix those dreadful loos. Rather it was the neglect of Council which was said to be responsible.  So, Marlene was elected to Council in December 2021 to clean up St. Marys, but the toilet block stayed as it was.

Neither Council money directly, nor money supplied by Council to this ‘Corporation’ indirectly, ever improved the situation!

Of course, we might now say why?

Did not the ‘Corporation’ know at all points of time that the entire Town Centre was going to be essentially demolished in order to be replaced by high-rise for immigrants?

So then why spend money on anything that was going to be ultimately flattened?   Yes, the Town Centre Plan has progressively developed over time, but the rudiments were known over a decade ago.

This was Marlene Shipley’s key platform position during her political campaign as a so-called ‘Independent’ for the Penrith Council back in 2021.

Now what message was Marlene Shipley conveying to voters here?  Penrith Council can better utilise this open space for the local community?  This site is ripe for high-rise housing in St Mary’s?

 

 

A fake Independent politician in high-heels in a Penrith paddock?   How out of touch?   What was her political agenda here?  Since Marlene’s electoral win, what have she done about this paddock?

Both Marlene’s website and Facebook page have since vanished, funnily enough, especially since Marlene has ‘come out’ as a die-hard Liberal, fully Liberal funded.

 

 

Conning voters that there was ‘neglect’ of the East Ward was always nonsense, although what was planned was a developmental disaster and no improvement.  Ditto with a children’s playground just fifty metres from those dirty loos. In 2020 and 2021, said Corporation was making a lot of noise about putting in ‘sails’ so as to protect the kids from summer sunlight. Records reveal some $7000 was thrown at that.  It helped Marlene’s election effort and was reported by her fellow candidates, at least one of whom was on the board of the ‘Corporation’.

And now what do we find?  It looks like the park is also to be flattened and rebuilt. But of course, under $10,000 for sales isn’t like $200,000 for a new toilet block!

So what are we getting at in this toilet war?   Well, we are exposing to all St. Mary’s citizens/voters that they are continually being deceived with false claims and hidden agendas.  The Liberal Party is at the centre of it.  In August 2024, Marlene Shipley announced that she was running as a Liberal candidate for East Ward.  She was always Liberal in disguised as an fake ‘Independent’ all along as we knew.  Marlene’s finally come out of the Independent closet to be a full-blown card carrying Liberal member all along.  Honesty at last!

[Ed: The AEC if it was not so politically corrupted, ought it not recommend a federal law to deem fake independents – those who preference major party’s (past and/or present) as being automatically ineligible electoral candidates in perpetuity.  Political spots don’t change Marlene.] 

The Council debates were already under way for the big announcement of the Town Centre Plan.  It spells doom for the veritable ethnic and cultural cleansing of Australians from St. Marys.

Clearly Marlene wanted to be in the vanguard.

Question:  Why would a Liberal Party member pretend to be an Independent to get on local Penrith Council (see circled below) and also get on the St Mary’s Town Centre Board?  Benevolence toward St Mary’s locals and out of respect for their special heritage which dates back to the 1820s?   Talk about disrespect!

 

What are the pecuniary interests of these lot, especially in St Mary’s real estate, including that of their extended families?

It this a millionaires’ factory tasked to reap successive Libs-Labs (Liberal/Labor parties) in the NSW governments’ mass immigration vision of some ‘aerotropolis’ for a co-ordinated Third World ‘megalopolis’ all intended to accommodate an alien invasion and takeover of Sydney town.  We reckon so.  We didn’t come down in the last rain shower, Xi jinping Albo.

But then the gods took a hand – some staffer within the Libs HQ forgot to file Liberal election nominations before the AEC deadline and Libs in Penrith City were affected.  This had similarly occurred in the New South Wales state-wide council election leading up to 14th September 2024.  So, may be the AEC lodger was cloak and dagger Laborite or a Teal-spy like Malcolm Turncoat?

So, the Libs missed out on finally climbing out of the loos to see the vision splendid of glass and steel towers occupied by aliens.  Praise the gods…for now!

St Mary’s has traditionally always been proudly Australian hard working class…

In the 1980’s it was a thriving suburb…

So by 2021 what happened?…

 

 

We predict that woke government outsourced ‘thought police’ will likely rename ‘Queen Street’ (once high-rised and all traditional locals forced out due to increased cost of living pressures), to being renamed some welcome to country tokenism like ‘Gommerigal tongarra booroobooronga’.

St Mary’s residents deserve more respect than this.
