The Liberal Party’s former mayor of Sutherland Shire, Kent Johns, a few months back denied Australian nationalist calls for a peaceful rally on Cronulla Beach to reflect on the 2005 civil uprising.
But what occurred on Cronulla beach back in the summer of 2005 had nothing to do with Nazism and nothing to do with race – it was immigrant Muslim gang crime.
Just a normal Aussie surf beach – but worth defending
Gangs of criminally violent Islamic Lebanese immigrant youth were turning up at Cronulla beach to cause mischief over summer every weekend.
If only they’d kept to Gunnamatta Park.
The Cronulla Civil Uprising of 2005 was a groundswell of Aussie locals protecting their right to quiet enjoyment on the beach and not have their women harassed by invading packs of arrogant and aggressive Muslim male youths of ‘Middle Eastern Appearance’. Male youths of Muslim immigrants living in Sydney’s south west increasingly were arriving by car convoys at weekends and cruising the in male packs simply to harass and intimidate Aussie women and girls sunbathing on Cronulla Beach. The local surf lifesavers were also copping aggression from the gangs.
“Tension had been building for months as gangs of Lebanese swarmed on to Sydney’s Cronulla beach, jostling elderly patrons, abusing Australian families and threatening to “rape Aussie sluts” for wearing bikinis. They did not come to enjoy the beach in the Australian tradition. They came to flout their disrespect for Australian culture and for Australian law and order.
Matters came to a head the previous weekend when two young Australian lifesavers were bashed by a Lebanese gang.

Following a series of text messages, 5,000 Australians turned up on Sunday December 11, 2005 at Cronulla determined to ‘reclaim the beach’.”
Police were turning a blind eye, so something had to be done. The local Aussie lads had a gutful and so took matter into their own hands. On a hot Sunday, December 11, word got around on social media and Aussie support arrived. Numbers grew to 5000 and Australian civil resistance prevailed against the Middle Eastern invaders. Lefty anarchists turned up by train at Cronulla railway station (they can’t afford cars) and contributed to the violence.

Cr Kent Johns, a Liberal Party factional heavy is quick to tar brush any nationalist Australian sentiment wrongly as foreign Nazism. It is core Liberal Hard Right tactics. Cr Johns controls 11 Liberal councillors of the shire’s 15 councillors. Cr Johns has had two terms as Mayor: in 2012-2013 and 2014-15. He stood down at the last minute as a candidate for the 2013-14 year after allegations that preferential treatment had been given to developers and others with Liberal Party connections.
In March, Cr Johns bought votes by gifting $1 of ratepayers wealth to the Cronulla surf life saving club. At the same time, he unilaterally proposed merging Sutherland Shire with St George including swallowing up Hurstville, Kogarah and Rockdale councils. It’s the ‘‘super council” policy straight out of NSW Liberal Party headquarters.
So who are the real hard right fascists?

The Liberal Hard Right are about globalist economics, big business, free trade and maximising immigration.

But that seems at odd with social reality. The Sutherland Shire which includes Cronulla, is an extremely homogeneous area’s strange. Most residents affectionately refer to The Shire as ‘God’s Country’ not Allah’s or anyone elses. The Multiculturalist ‘interfaith-model’ is a fascist impost on an otherwise exemplar cohesive Australian society.
Perhaps Cr Johns would want Cronulla becoming like Brighton Le Sands or Auburn or Lakemba? We’ve seen what property developer Muslim Salim Mehajer has done to Auburn.
Last August, Mayor Kent Johns replaced himself with his Liberal mate Carmelo Pesce as mayor. Pesce is another ethnic property developer. So perhaps it won’t be long before Cronulla indeed has the high rise apartment comparable to Auburn and the Middle East.
In the lead-up to the election, several Liberal councillors were deeply concerned about the make-up of the proposed team because Cr Awada was a developer and Cr Pesce runs shop fitouts across Australia and overseas. Mayor Pesce owns several properties in the shire, including four home units and two shops in Cronulla. His businesses include Bianchini’s Espresso at Cronulla and Gymea and is the landlord of the Gymea cafe and Cronulla’s Queen Margherita restaurant.
President of the Australia First Party – Dr. Jim Saleam has called the current Sutherland Shire mayor, Kent Johns, a “lying fabricator” over his history version of the “civil uprising at Cronulla” ten years ago.
Mayor Johns was reacting in the Australian newspaper to reports that the United Patriots Front (UPF) may apply for a permit to hold a rally in Cronulla in December to commemorate the anniversary of what he considers a “riot”.
Jim Saleam said:
“I was present on December 11 2005 and was probably the first person interviewed in full as a commentator as to what had occurred. I was interviewed by 2UE radio at 4pm. I predicted that certain lies would be told. And they were. The allegations of boozed people was massively exaggerated; the claim about “outsiders” being the troublemakers was overwhelmingly untrue; and the ridiculous assertion that ‘neo-nazis’ were involved was preposterous. Yet, I predicted these lies would be told and that the lies would start the next day. They did. Now I see the current Mayor of the Shire repeats them. He is a lying fabricator and should withdraw his bulldust as an insult to the Australian youth of Cronulla.”
Mr Johns said to the Australian that the people who caused the riots were not locals but a combination of “heaps of thugs from Lakemba” with “a lot of outside neo-Nazis”.
There were never, ever, any “neoi-nazis” in Cronulla that day. Finish.
The Australian quotes Mr. Johns as saying: “There were even women in bikinis handing out neo-Nazi pamphlets…”
There were no women in bikinis handing out “neo-nazi pamphlets”.

“I was there from 8.30 am. I will defend what Jim is saying. Drinking by youth was minimal. Neo nazi women in bikinis? I don’t think so, but would have been nice to look at. On the whole the day was fantastic , a real chance for true blue Aussies to vent.”

Jim Saleam added:
“Funny how for ten years until now the story that neo-nazis were everywhere has stayed muted and within limits while the “bikini” girls tale, had not surfaced. This sort of fabrication waits till memories have dimmed and new propaganda needs from the multiculti industry have emerged. So Mayor Johns comes forward. Prove it! You can prove nothing of the kind.” The civil uprising in December 2011 was not a riot although what followed was organized intimidation of the people of the Sutherland Shire, something allowed to occur by the inaction of the Commissioner of Police. Get your facts right, Mr. Johns!”
The United Patriots’ Front has the right to demonstrate and if they do, Australia First Party will demonstrate also.
